These terms govern your use of the Kaules Screenworks website (kaulesscreenworks.com) and our order management services. By submitting a quote request or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders & Quotes

• All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
• Prices are subject to change based on artwork complexity, print size, and material costs
• Orders are confirmed when you approve the quote through our online portal
• By approving a quote, you confirm that quantities, styles, and specifications are correct
• Customer-supplied products are not eligible for replacement

Artwork

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to reproduce any artwork submitted
• We may request artwork modifications for printability — we will communicate any changes before production
• Artwork approval is your responsibility; once approved, we are not liable for design errors

Payment

• Payment is due upon completion of the order unless otherwise arranged
• We accept cash, check, card, and online payment via Helcim
• Past-due invoices may incur additional fees

Production & Delivery

• Standard turnaround is 5-10 business days from artwork approval
• Rush orders are available for an additional fee
• We are not responsible for delays caused by artwork revisions, material availability, or circumstances beyond our control

Description: Transactional text messages related to your screen printing and embroidery orders, including quote updates, artwork approval requests, production status, and pickup notifications.

Message frequency: Varies based on order activity. Typically 2-6 messages per order.
